[GAMEPLAY] Rakan W bug

As it is seen in the video, Rakan's W got ignored for no reason. I think every Rakan users might know that his W can be canceled by other ccs. But, in the video Janna's Q came after the W motion was done where I was also able to use my Q right after my W. Please fix this bug as soon as possible :(

Looks like either a bug in how the replay recorded the game, or a buggy interaction between Rakan W and Caitlyn E. It's as though the game anticipated the Rakan W and canceled Caitlyn's E, as would normally happen, but way out of sync, as shown in the ideo.
