PBE account reset after name change?

I had been able to previously log onto the Public Beta Enviorment to my name change. Any info on this? Also, I havent been on it in over a year if that means anything. Maybe I violated some sort of testing agreement I neglected to read? Someone please let me know if stuff messed up or im just a retard.
