[GAMEPLAY] Varus Q Bug

This is difficult to replicate in game, but essentially the bug is that if using quick cast (which should allow one to use Varus's Q by holding Q to increase distance and releasing Q to fire), Varus's Q, in intense moments of gameplay or when attempting to use multiple abilities at once, will stop responding to quick cast and returns to normal casting mode (meaning holding the Q allows the arrow to increase distance, but releasing Q does not fire until clicking with the left mouse button, which is not correct for quick cast abilities).
