Game Abandoned Bug

After finishing a match I had a message saying that I have been disconnected and I need to relog back. I have logged in and literally after logging in I had a message saying "You have left a game in progress, please reconnect to the game" it's already almost an hour since this happened is there anything that can help me fix this issue?
