Where are the blue banners?

My team won both brackets and we all equipped our new blue-sword icons, but we still only have a green banner in game. Is green the only color that is available or will the blue and eventually purple banners be awarded to the bracket winners soon?

Similarly, my team won 4 bracket, lost 8 bracket (day2), won 8 bracket(day3). Have the green banner and both blue and green icons. Edit: But no blue banner
