(Site) PBE Signup works no more.
So, I wanted to get a PBE account, and I know it'd probably take forever, but I need to apply, for any chance at all.. But when I click the arrow by my name (Shia Leabouf/ North America) and click PBE, all I get is the Error: Somethings gone hextechnically wrong! And it's a bit frustrating.
