Lulu assist score bug

I was playing support today and i got into a solo queve using lulu, the game ended with me being something like 5/1/6, they surrendered at 30, but the problem is i got more than 6 assists, i assiste in around 20 kills, but some didnt register. Not sure if its some bug like the talon bug that just got fixed were he wasnt giving assists or something but this only happened to me with lulu, and i always got the gold i think, just not the assist in the scoreboard.
