[Gameplay] - Azir stacks

So I was playing Azir in Co-Op to try out rageblade. The rageblade will stack ON the soliders but it is not a basic attack. However, if it does become a basic attack, why does wit's end or Blade of the ruined king not work with it? It stacks Rageblade but it does not stack Wit's End passive. The Rageblade however will proc on the soliders IF a teemo shroom is available. I was doing this under the turret attacking the shroom with one solider and all the minions in that solider's circle were being attacked. If Azir's W attack does count as a basic attack why does BORK not work and Wit's end passive not work and why does guinsoo's rage after 8 stacks only work on shrooms or invisible items?
