I was playing against a friend and I was noticing that i was taking his damage from alpha strike as i was in my invulverable state of my E. I just wanted to see if this was a bug or not as I wouldn't think that damage would go through.
Fizz E makes you untargetable, not invulnerable.
If the ability is already applied to you and will trigger damage (i.e. DoTs, delayed damage abilities), it will still hurt you.
IIRC, Alpha Strike wouldn't target you if you were untargetable, but it would still deal damage if you became untargetable after it had already locked on to you.
