what's up with all the bugs

I've updated my drivers and did the corruption patch fix 3 times. Their are multiple bugs that effect the game play to league like: the minion wall that freezes you, Syndra S.G. is walking like shes trying to get around minions but can't, sometimes when you leave base with the mvm spd buff after 20 mins you automatically lose it, Ahri S.G model disappeared, ornn's ult dmg being a bigger radius than indicated, abilities not registering when you press the indicated key, and match frame skips happening to everyone even people with top of the line computers. why are tanks able to stupid dmg and still be stupid tanky. what is the pbe for if bugs like these are going live.
