A bunch of skins,champions,runes and summoner icons are missing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Riot

I am a faithful player from season 2. i focused on my work this month. however, when i played game today, i found that lots of skins, champions, runes and summoner icons are missing. they are all bought by my RP and IP. and i even can find some of them in the purchase history. May I get some info as to why this happened?
