While playing Fizz, BlitzCrank can E on my. Auto-attack is normally canceled when you E with fizz but with blitz no and it make you bump while E (And it's currently strange to watch)

this has been a bug ever since riot made it so blitz's e auto can't be cancelled. riot hasnt ever confirmed if its intended or not, so i hope to get a response from them soon

This bug hasn't been there since they made Fizz I dunno what Dunkin Darius is talking about. It was introduced when they changed Blitz E to be un-cancellable...
