recent disconnections during champ select and ban!!!

Dear Riot,

Lately I've notice a lot of people disconnecting during the champion select and ban phase, and i recently have been attacked by this during a league game, resulting in a penalty on me, once in game, we are fine, so i have a feeling that there is a bug flying about the patcher/ client part of the game, cause like i said, in game we are fine, and how i know that it is not my internet is that i'm able to open my browser and pull up the league site.

please help
