[GAMEPLAY] Trinket shop

Hello,

The trinkets in the shop menu overlap the menu layout. This isn't anything major but it is something that keeps happening in summoners rift. It happens in ranked, draft, and blind-pick. However, It does not happen in a custom game.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Queue up for summoners rift (ranked,draft,normal).
2. Press P to access the shop and click on any trinket
3. The bug is now visible!

I get this problem every game. When I ask the other players if their trinket shop is "off" they say no.
