Yorick Will not cast anything but speed.

Im playing Yorick and the only thing that will cast is his speed boost.. I spam and spam to get anything else to cast and nothing will... Ult, E, W, all just sit there and does nothing.

Quick cast on or off it doesnt seem to mater.
