Champion Icon Not Showing Up in Custom/ARAM

Hello I wanted to report a bug I been having for at least two patches now and seeing if you guys know about it. It is a very annoying bug where you cannot see the champion icons or the summoners spells on your team it is just black boxes. If you play ARAM you cannot see who you want to trade with and I thought it was going to be a quickfix in this patch and it is still happening. It been happening in this current patch and in 6.19 patch as well. Hope there is a fix for it soon because i cannot play like that in ARAM if it keeps happening. Thank you guys for everything you do and hope all is well in the worlds cannot wait till you guys come to chicago. :D I hope the picture will help get that bug squashed.
