[GAMEPLAY] Health and Mana bars not showing

-Health and Mana bars don't show their usual green or blue colors. -Issue appears in Summoners Rift in 2 games that I've played. -The health and mana bar area shows a solid dark green color with the numeric value for each showing.

I've tried restoring to default settings and did not resolve the issue.
