Hello, i transferred my account from Russia, cuz support there is horrible , people not competent at all, they speak only russian when im writing in English, after the transfer, they still respond me in russian, even tho the server is EUNE now . Is this a bag or? Help me to read of Russian support please. Thanks

I think there is an option in support ticket in what languange you want to get the answer. They are some options that are fixed like you are in russian server so the default language to answer is Russian. So pick english
