League of legends ranked system

I have been playing ranked for so long, i manged to get to Silver 1. As any average league of legends user, you will be happy of the progress you have made. You get to promos, you have one game to win, then a noob player decides to ruin your game. This "noob player thing" stayed with me so long, i had fallen to Silver 3. Can you imagine what was the feeling i got when that happened. I had almost quit League of Legends because of that. Riot, if you guys can see this, please do something about it.
