[Gameplay] Yorick's ult indicator is showing teammates that it's ready when it isn't.

The past few weeks I've had my teammates in discord telling me to throw out the maiden when she's on cooldown. When I mention that she's on cd they tell me the indicator says she's ready. This seems to happen most frequently on the third rank of ult when it has about 30 seconds or less left on the cd.

I'm not using any runes that increase ability cooldown.
