Loading Screen: Can only see ping, FPS, everything else is black.

I have tried repairing my League but that didn't work, and I have uninstalled twice. Nothing is seeming to work, Riot please tell me something will be done about this.

Won't even load for me... I'm in a ranked game. I'm going to lose rank and there's nothing I can do about it.
