Client crashing at the end of champ select (MAC)

I woke up one day and i wanted to play a game of league, so i went on my pc and went in-game, it was like super slow fps for like maybe 3-4 games, so i reinstalled it with no luck, so i decided to reset my computer. After a hour or two i was in the client and about to start my game, i signed up my lane and locked in my Champion, When it hit 0 seconds it looked like it was about to go in-game as it should, but it stopped and freezed for 5 secs, then it just said reconnect and it stops, and it's been like that ever since.
