Connection bug

Ive played shaco today . . twice and every time i got connection bug . . telling me that my connection failed but my internet works perfectly -_- . . than im trying to restart game and i couldnt log in, telling me that unexpected error has happened. . than i couldnt turn t fckn client login off to restart it and now im unable to start it again . . . wtf is going on omg?
