Aatrox bloodwell in ARAM

I was playing as Aatrox until that I got attacked and got killed (they got first blood) but then I realized that my passive was ready and it didn't trigger at all, not even my team realized that my passive didn't trigger as well, and guess what, it only triggered once for the whole damn time
