Lux Ult Bug!

I was playing Lux in an unranked game, and was about to get a kill with my ultimate. The ultimate went off, and you can see in the video it was directly on the Poppy, who was well within kill range. However, she did not take any damage, and the Poppy even later said it hit her but she didn't take damage. Please fix this!!!
