TAHM can´t eat rengar

I just played a game a couple of minutes ago, team mate that had rengar thought i was trolling because i coulndt eat him in fights, i even tried to eat him in base alone and couldnt, he didnt believe me, he started flaming of course, does anyone else having the same problem?? How can i report this bug to riot??
