Client errors

I played a ranked game today and when the countdown at the end of champ select finished, the game sat in champ select for an extra 2 minutes before the game started. We ended up winning the game and after I exited the game to the client and it sat at the black screen with the "Skip Game Stats" button there for about 10 minutes before i clicked it because nothing was happening. Then the game went to the regular client as usual, but the game I had just won was not in my match history and I didn't get any LP for it. This isn't the first time that's happened to me and i'm beginning to get really frustrated with LoL.
