Camera Bug

Hi, So IV played this game for years and I constantly lock and unlock camera repeatedly mid game. Im disabled and Iv found te perfect way to use the camera. But I just came back form a break and normally when i click on minimap It auto unlocks camera and now all of a sudden its not doing that and I dont see a option to reactivate it plz look into this and fix it it asap.
