After my opponent got his Lux to lvl up this pink "smileyface" was stuck on the screen. It blocked the screen behind it and was stuck there until the end of the game

Same visual, also EUW.

It happened after using Dawn and Dusk on Back Alley Barkeep. It also persisted until the end of the game (including in the back of the "Defeat" screen).
