[CLIENT] - Unable to Lock In Champion during Champ Select

In champ select, time goes down - my team can lock in - it doesn't tell me I'm reconnecting --- I just can't lock in my champion. The LOCK IN button is grayed out. Fixed by restarting my client. I can select other champions as well, but I still can't lock in.

Happens at random, don't know how to duplicate.
