[CLIENT] Unable to lock in champion

So just went into my ranked queue and the enemy locked in at 0 seconds. Instead of switching to our team lock in, screen glitched at 0's with enemy still picking. My top laner and I couldn't login. I do not know how to really test the repeatability of this without causing issues to others.
