Cant change my ruines and my masteries.

Hi Riots: I need report a bug. Every time after I lock a champion my screen went to a temporally black. I can see what happen in the champion selecting, but I can change my runes and masteries. In the result, I had to dodge my rank for causing other people to lose the game. And I got a queue joining failed penalty. Can you think of a way to help me? I accept penalty but I want a solution to solve this bug. Then, I don't get banned after the next time blackout happened on my screen. Thank you. Everything happened after you guys upload this new patch, so I think that is not my computer problem. Thankyou Sincerely a player
