[GAMEPLAY] Champion Item shop #gameplay

Hi. I have this issue with the champion item shop and i dont know how to get rid of it. Every single time i open the CHAMPION ITEM SHOP i have to deal with a grey hue in the center of the shop blocking every single item. If have pictures its the link that leads you to facebook. I opened the image in a new tab. Please help because its very annoying and ruins my concentration. Also when i play on a different laptop the Grey Hue is gone. I think is the laptop but im not sure so i came here for help. Thank you. Excuse my English.
