I got a ban for leaving a game because i had a power cut. (20 min ban) I went into matchmaking to get rid of the ban, but as soon as is reached 4 minutes, the time went back up to 20 minutes.Riot please patch this ASAP. I am fed up of waiting 40 minutes to get into a game.

After leaving a few games, you are placed into a low priority queue; as long as you can complete 5 Matchmade (All Gamemodes exept Custom Games) games without leaving, you will be returned to the normal queue.
However, if you continue to leave games, you will remain in the low priority queue.
Unfortunately for you, the Low Priority Queue has No Way of being lifted under any circumstances. Furthermore you have been punished not just because of that one game. You must have left more games than allowed during a short period of time.
