what is wrong with this games patcher

every couple of weeks when you guys have a new update it stops loading at 32% and says there is a problem i am running windows 8.1 and it refuses to load anything after that point Its pretty obnoxious then cuz i have to uninstall and reinstall the same huge game every two weeks and have to worry about getting some kind of rampant virus. get work done on this issue please literally 10 out of 30 days of the month i am faced wit issues on this game not wanting to update and just waiting for the whole game to reinstall. being young and paying for internet by the month im pretty fed up and ready to quit all together. fix this 8.1 issue plz

You guys ever gonna do anything about this problem barely a week later here we are again and i have to spend the next 24 hours redownloading this game time that i have very little of. in addition trying to find this very article to add an excerpt like this pretty much lost scrolls up in this boards menu probably never be examined or even notified if i did get an answer since i can't even track the article by my summoner name.
