Hextech chest

So I've been playing LoL a lot lately and when i went to "Collection" around my Champions icon it showed that i had acquired a chest but I never opened one. I have a lot of keys but no chests to unlock. This happened with my two most played champions.

Are you sure that you have gotten these chests and haven't opened them? Try earning one with a different champion and sending a screenshot if you've gotten it or not. That's my suggestion at least.
