Mordekaiser gameplay bug

I played an ARAM as Mordekaiser and his W was not being cast on the target ally. It did not matter if I targeted a champion or minion, the spell would go to a nearby allied champion, usually not the intended target. Playing champions that can't use their abilities sucks. People might accidentally play him if his kit does what it says its supposed to.
