Can't Leave Base

Upon loading into the game, I had a hard time connecting to the game initially, I had ended up disconnecting from the game and reconnecting while I was still trying to connect. Then after I had finally bought items and got ready to go. I couldn't leave the base. Well that sucks, i'll just run at it until I get free. 4 mins or so later, I teleport to my tower, and I'm sent walking back to base, I disconnect and reconnect and i'm able to leave base, 4 towers down and outlook wasn't so bright. Anyone have this happen before?
