[Gameplay] Frost Queen Active Pops Banshee's but still Applies Chill

Sorry I don't have a picture/video of it, but as the title says it pops it but still applies the slow. I don't know if this is intended but it looks like it blocks the damage but the slow still hits. Thought I would put this up just in case!
