[Gameplay] Swain rework causing lag when on screen

With the release of the new Swain rework, myself and a few of my league friends are having a problem with massive lag happening whenever Swain walks on screen. The game operates completely fine until he walks within view of our screens.

The lag isn't consistent and and happens every other time he is in one of our games. We tested this on customs as well and it was about two thirds of our games that he would cause lag to at least one of us.

From what I have seen on other forums this isn't isolated to just us as well, with a few other posts in the league discussions as well as a few discussions on Reddit as well.
