[Gameplay][Azir] Can't auto attack inhibitor after using W on it

After using W near inhibitor Azir can't auto attack the inhibitor until he moves

Steps to reproduce:

1. stand near inhibitor and click on the inhibitor, Azir auto attacks work and he will hit the inhibitor
2. cast a minion on the inhibitor and click on inhibitor again, Azir will not auto attack anymore (not talking about his soldiers)
3. move 1 step and click again on inhibitor, auto attacks work again
