Blitz on the Fritz [GAMEPLAY]

I just got done with an ARAM as Blitz and something funky happened. I came back alive from being dead and was in the ground. Blitz was on his back, his body parts moving and if I tried to move it would shoot me a little distance then stop. I used Flashed thinking maybe it would work to fix my issue (it worked). My whole team and some of the enemy team saw it happened. I was wondering if it had ever happened to anybody else because I have never seen or heard of it? Is it just me? o.O I wish I would have thought to screen shot. I do not know how you would recreate it.
