Game is Mega Glitched

I will log onto League of Legends and everything will be running fine. I will click on my profile and usually it will all be blank or if I click on my profile while looking at another's accounts profile it will either show theirs again or will show my profile with their characters masteries but my owned champions. I will be disconnected from chat every minute on average and disconnected from the game a lot as well. When choosing roles in Draft pick sometimes I wont be able to change them, and also when ques pop nothing changes, nothing comes up and the chat nor time waiting never change for me, and I never get punished for not accepting them. When starting games I will sometimes lag out or crash when trying to start the game but in game I will never be kicked out or lag. I am starting to with very many spell animations have large bright white squares that explode instead of the animation. I have only ever changed the announcer pack to a keemstar announcer pack. I have done no other changes, please help!
