I start a game in Draft Pick with my friend and I can't join because I get a black screen. What's worse is that because I am a Mac user I can't escape the screen unless I restart my computer (which is what I ended up having to do). Just to clarify, my OS is up to date.

I copied and pasted pbe Game.cfg stuff and my league started working....Idk if i want to change some codes because that seems a bit risky and I got a bugsplat after closing it. I was wondering if anything could be done.

In my case, it can be 240Hz monitor connected by HDMI cable (max. 144Hz in HD). In Windows settings it's set to 144Hz, maybe fullscreen LoL somehow tries to make it work on 240Hz. When I set 240Hz in Windows settings it also shows 'no signal' (black screen).

GUYS, I solved the problem. Here's how you fix it:
- Open the League folder under Applications
- Open Package Contents
- Contents
- LoL
- Config
- Open the file Game.cfg with textEdit
- Go under General and change WindowMode from 0 to 1

JCrossfire2 votesI've been having the Black Screen issue after champion select in any game mode even before Jhin came out. Luckily, I have a dell computer which I've been using at the moment. Although, as everyone else, I would appreciate it if this would get looked at.

VolvChaka1 votesIf it didnt work for u, just delete game.cfg, it worked for me, and when u are ingame, change fullscreen to borderless, same thing as fullscreen, but idk the diference (if u didnt remove the fullscreen option, u will be able to see red points every where, maybe, depend on ur screen)[slayer-jinx-wink]
