Camera Teleports When Using Mouswheel to Move Camera In Spectating Mode [GAMEPLAY]

Basically when you use the mousewheel to move the camera in Spectating mode the camera teleports in the direction the cursor is. So: Step 1: Enable Mouse Button Drag Scroll Step 2: Spectate a game Step 3: Hold down the mousewheel and try moving the camera. (The camera jumps right when you press the button)
