Singed's Fling is broken and needs to be fixed

So I have played a few games against a Singed and a couple things have happened with his fling. At first I thought maybe I did something wrong but its definitely not working properly and needs to be fixed.

1st - I used one of the fruits to knock myself over the wall away from singed. I was literally in the middle of flying over the wall (already past the wall in the path, when Singed's fling grabbed me mid air and flung me all the way back over the wall and then some.

2nd - I was playing Warwick and I ulted on to a Singed. I was on my 2nd swipe animation almost going on my 3rd when Singed's fling kicked in and flung me away from him. He should have been completely suppressed and should not have been able to fling me at that point at all. And no he had no QSS or anything, so he couldnt have broken my suppression and flung me.

This is completely broken and needs to be fixed.
