[Client] - Launch Sound

Every patch the volume for the launch client goes from about 2-3 in the volume mixer to 100. This mixed with the fact that the launch sound sounds eerily similar to a car smashing into a building doesn't help. So yea please fix this.

In my opinion it's not that loud. Riot Games has already received enough reports about this, and is probably working on it. Until they fix it, just remember that it's going to sound like a car smashing into a building and turn it down to a turtle walking into a tree.
