No champion voices or announcer voice.

This just started today, I had an issue with League so I re-installed it. After I did I have 0 voices. No announcer welcoming me to Summoner's Rift, no voices on kills, no champion voices (laugh, joke, taunt, movement etc.) and I can't seem to fix it. I've checked everything and the only thing I haven't tried is repairing the client which is the next step.

Just wondering if anybody else out there has had this bug and if so, do you know how I might fix it?
