Nemesis Draft Champ Select Bug

It was a long time ago... 15 minutes ago to be exact... We were in a 4-man queue to play some Nemesis Draft, ready to troll and roll. Suddenly, the enemy team decides not to pick a champ for my friend, understandable- if he wanted to dodge. UNFORTUNATELY The dodge penalty was given to my friend, whose champion was not picked by the ENEMY team. Which made us waste a good 15 minutes in which i decided to write this.

tl;dr

When someone dodges in Nemesis Draft, the dodge penalty is given to the person who didnt receive a champion, not to the one who didnt CHOOSE a champion.
