cass q bug
i've noticed i am unable to normal cast cass q in both normal and aram games. i've tried taking just q off smart cast and having a separate key binding for normal casting q but neither works. anyone else having this issue?

You sure her Q isn't like Yasuo's with no normal cast?
Cassiopeia's Q, like Karthus', has quick cast built into the skill itself. It can't be turned off.
